Monday Motivation

I have come to the realization this week that the best way for me to reach my goals is to have tunnel vision....I know I can eat the right foods but will I?  I know I can put in the work with weights and cardio but will I?  Keeping my eye on the prize...not giving myself the option not to do something I will get there.  You can do anything and reach anything that is in front of you but...
will you?

  8. Love!! This is exactly where I am! I've been asking myself, am I really willing to do the work I need to do to reach the goals I want to achieve? If the answer in no then I shouldn't whine about not getting the results! I love the thought of tunnel vision!!
