I started running on trails once a week and now I am up to 3 or 4 times a week and I love it! It is so much more fun than the road. Right now I'm in a rut for cardio because I'm trying to recover from 2 injuries. Usually it's just shaking it up. Doing something completely new, even just changing the weight splits. Now if it's life...kind of the same thing applies.
