Had I torn my ACL prior to that, I'm not sure I would have been as determined as I am now in recovery and rehab. But now, running is officially who I am and that alone is the strength I need to never give up :-) You've got such a great attitude and will be stronger than ever!Stacey @ Cape Cod Runnerhttp://capecodrunner.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6127204702177748392.post-59355408845947902212014-02-24T13:05:28.244-05:002014-02-24T13:05:28.244-05:00I've definitely quit and while maybe it isn...I've definitely quit and while maybe it isn't great, mentally I needed a break from running. It was a fantastic time to be around me. But after I got it all out, I realized there are other ways to be fit and happy. That's when I got back into yoga and strength. Then slowly came back the running. It was a slow road to recovery, but a necessary one!
