It jump starts my day and makes me feel great! Also, the part about being a healthy role model - especially now that I have a daughter. I want to be in shape and be the (hot - hehe) fit mama as she grows up. :) <br /><br />I think it's great as you reach one you strive further. Alot of people would just stop there! Running I generally enjoy the entire time, but weight/cross training is usually pretty horrid until it's over. I always remind myself that the hardest part is getting out the door... once I am there I am committed and I enjoy it!
