I kept telling myself I was going to regret it, but my hand just kept shoving them in my mouth! Ironically, when I was pregnant I had NO cravings. I keep telling my husband how lucky he had it that my appetite balanced out. I crave sweets all of the time and I am not even pregnant! For me, it's just self control but I do give in and treat myself or else it just gets worse.
