Monday Motivation

Right here in this place I am thankful!  I will spend this week dedicating posts to being thankful for many different things but my motivation today is that I am thankful for today...a day when I can push myself and beat up my body and watch it grow stronger....a day when I can run the miles ahead of me and feel my lungs getting stronger...a day when I can be an example of a fit woman for my girls...a day when I can choose to be healthy and strong!
