Monday Motivation

I'm going to give you 30 seconds to let every excuse fall to the ground about how you don't have the time to get moving leave them there on the ground and get your hiney moving!!!  You will feel SO much better once you're done!  Trust me!  I let a day go by this past week when I missed a workout...instead of leaving the excuses on the ground I picked them up and wore them like a badge.  Except at the end of the day I felt like crud...big badge of busy and all!  No more!  Get out and get moving!!
