Monday Motivation

My hubby has been wishing he could do a body building show for almost the entire time we have been together.  This past weekend his wish turned into reality when he rocked his first show....placing in two of his three events!!!  His determination is such an inspiration to me to stop wishing for things and start DOING something to get there!!  I want this pregnancy to be not only a healthy one but I want to be the fittest I can be....running, lifting, and eating great!  The only way I can get there is by stop wishing and start DOING!!!  Each week I need to make great choices to get there!
What is your biggest wish?  What are you going to DO this week to get there?

  1. what a great story! Yay for him! So cool when we set out and accomplish something that we've wanted for SO long!

My goals for the week are to get some great cross training in, that seems to slip for me and take the back seat. Also, I want to get one of those long runs in, the ones I talk about but never seem to find time for!

All I'm trying to accomplish this week is a complete recovery from my last half marathon so I can get ready for my next half marathon.

  12. Congrats to your hubby!

I really want to qualify for Boston, but in order to do that I need a few more marathons under my belt where I can continue to train hard and run fast. I'm doing that with my training plain for Chicago!
