I have seen this quote a lot out there but it is never more true than during this busy time of year!! Our time is divided amongst shopping, visiting, decorating, working, cooking, etc. and it is easy to push your workout to the bottom of the list. Resist the urge to push it down!!! Those other things WILL get done....and you'll be so much happier and sane if you get your sweat on!!!
No excuses...get it done!!
Thanks :) i needed to hear that !
ReplyDeleteIve always adored this and the fact my 30 min cardio is TWO PERCENT OF MY DAY has helped me through sooo many times.
ReplyDeleteWill be getting in my 4% tonight!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great way of thinking of it. and you never regret it once you are done anyway!
ReplyDeleteWill get mine in tonight! Such a small part of our day but one in which we gain great rewards, huh?
ReplyDeleteGreat way to look at it!
ReplyDeleteWell, when you put it that way....;)
ReplyDeleteI love that quote. It's REAL!
ReplyDeleteI like this.
ReplyDeleteLove it! I always tell people you just have to prioritize it and put it on your schedule like you would anything else that is important to you!
ReplyDeleteAnd you are busy (with two little ones and all) so if you can do it, so can we! Thanks for the motivation!
ReplyDeleteWow, brings 1 hour in a total different perspective! Great quote!!
ReplyDeleteSomething we all need to hear from time to time to keep things in perspective! Thanks for sharing this quote!
ReplyDeleteIf I ever groan when I hear my morning workout alarm go off, I stop to think of the fact that I don't HAVE to work out, I GET to work out. I quickly realize how fortunate I am to have the opportunity, and I get my booty out of bed! ;)
ReplyDeleteTOTALLY! I've been doing my workouts first thing and when my alarm goes off at 4:55AM I cringe. But after my 5:30AM CrossFit class ends, I feel like I can conquer the world! Or, at least, my day with my 9-month old. ;-)
ReplyDeleteThat's a great quote! It's so true!
