Monday Motivation

As a working mom of two little girls, I certainly have my share of excuses.  Lately with my hubby getting hurt (possibly tearing his meniscus in both knees), I have had my fair share of excuses I could throw into the ring.  This week they are gone....this week begins the week where those excuses are no longer strong enough!  #IWILL get the job done and overcome the excuses laid before me!
What's your excuse for not working out?  
How will you be stronger than that excuse this week?

  2. You certainly could let it go for solid reasons, but love that you're not! I'm forging ahead this week with some serious training, myself, after a somewhat easier week!

  4. So far, I've been good about working out during this pregnancy, but I do have my days where I just don't feel like it. Even on those days, I try to tell myself that even a simple walk does wonders!

    I get up early and do my workout before I even have time to think about a reason not to get it done.

  6. My excuse lately seems to be my quad. :( I have to keep reminding myself I can be doing other things to sweat!

  8. Lately my excuse has been time. Luckily I know even 15-20 minutes can fit in a good workout, so I always got in something at least. Love this post!
