In regards to ab ripper- you don't have to do it all, I took breaks, laughed, and did the best I could and I STILL only made it halfway through. If you feel sore you know its working (at least thats what I tell myself!!!)

Did you sign up for Amanda @ run to the finish's Sugar Free Challenge? I did beginning June 1st, but am going to follow an anti inflammatory diet soon--essentially no sugar too!
you will be really tired the first few days but you'll feel great after that! i need to do it too but am not sure i can with the training right now. we'll see....
