What I Ate Wednesday...

Good morning!  Ok so I decided to join in on the WIAW posts this week.  Please know that I am in no way an expert on eating...just getting geared up again on clean eating in conjunction with the Holiday Shred.  I know that I need more protein....suggestions please!  Ok so here it is:
Breakfast: 
A Green Monster (Spinach, Whey powder, banana, almond milk)

Snack:
Clementines and almonds

Lunch:
Veggie roast on flax wrap with spinach and hummus

Snack: 
Apply with wedge of Laughing Cow

Dinner:
Grilled chicken and brown rice (was too hungry and forgot to take a pic!)


There you have it!  My days usually follow the same thing repeatedly except for dinner.  I try to put different things in my smoothies in the morning to add a little spice....I know how exciting!  Have a great Wednesday....go charge over that hump!!!

  5. It looks like enough protein to me! =) Maybe your doctor could suggest an amount for your own personal needs that you could aim for? ooh! I sneak chia seeds and flax seeds in my green monsters for extra protein and never know its there! <3

  7. haha. i am the same way with my eating...i tend to eat the same things at every meal and try to switch it up at dinner but i often get stuck in my favorites from week to week there as well :) your lunch wrap looks super yummy!!!

  10. I am with MCM Mama! I would be too embarassed on most days to do this. Like today, it is 4pm, and I am still trying to finish my actualy lunch since things got so crazy over here!

    Or maybe I should, so that it will force me to eat better consistently? I do great on some days, but horrible on others.
