Monday Motivation

We all have bumps in our road...injury, life changes, kids get sick, jobs, etc...but don't let them become a stop sign!!  Instead keep pushing on toward your dream!  One day that bump in the road will be a distant memory and you will be that much closer to where you want to be!
How will you get over your bump this week?
BE LIMITLESS!!

  10. I look forward to your monday motivation each week, it's like a pep talk for me to make it a strong week :) so true and today I pushed on my run but it was like pushing through a wall, tough one but yesterday's workout made up for it...ya win some, ya lose some right?
