Saturday Scenes

Well summer is certainly descending on our sleepy Cape Cod town.  My quiet, secluded runs have been replaced by many fellow runners here for the summer.  Once quiet air is filled with the sounds of bats cracking at the Cape League field or kids squealing at on of the neighborhood beaches.  And yards once empty have been decorated with Adirondack chairs just waiting to be sat on!  Today as I head out I will take in all these scenes....like a sponge because in just a few weeks we will be moving.  My daily route will be changing and so I wanted to show a few of my favorite scenes from my usual route.  I tried out Picmonkey for this and it was super easy to use!
Have a great weekend and enjoy the scenes from you run!!

  1. I've always wondered how it feels to live in a tourist area. I bet when you reunite with those usual places again, it probably feels all new again :)

  10. Beautiful. I have the same problem with the beach. I prefer to run on the week days because on the weekends the running routes are pretty busy, not only with runners, but with slow moving beach goers!
