How do YOU get around excuses?

  2. I love this! This was me when my girl was little: We lived in a very hilly neighborhood, so wearing her was a great workout for the legs whenever I walked the dogs.

    These days, I don't wear her (she's almost 3 and 33 lbs...) but if we don't make it to the gym, I do plyometrics, pushups and situps in the living room. She helps me with the pushups- I can do precisely 2 with her on my back!

  4. LOVE IT! for me i just have to get up and get it done. the more time i give myself to think about it...the more excuses i make. just get to it and i am usually successful with at least doing something which is always better than nothing:)

  5. love it! I make no excuses with my workouts...I just got back from a 4 mile run, while I pushed my son in the jogger and my oldest rode his bike! I had to get it done...NO excuses! great post today, thanks!!!
