Monday Motivation

I mean why not start the week with a bang!  Today I start the Winter Reset with Laura and start training for my first half in New Bedford in March.  This year I'm gunning for that sub 2hour time and I KNOW I'm going to have to put in the work!  I'm prepped to eat clean and I've got my Another Mother Runner Own It plan in hand!  Bring it 2014!!

  4. I started my week on my bike and will be going for a walk at lunch. This week is back to the routine and getting the kids out the door in a few minutes is going to be a big challenge!!

  8. This week started well. An extra day with the kids due to the terrible weather made me a happy mom. It sounds like you have some great goals for the half! Your motivation and hard work will make your sub 2 hour goal a reality! Go for it!
