Monday Motivation....Time to Burn Some Calories!

I hope you all had a great Easter weekend!!  If you're anything like me, your sneakers were calling you this morning!!  After not eating sugar for 40 days, I definitely made up for lost time!  Now it is back to the grind and the mill to burn it all off!!  Nothing like a Monday morning to start you off on the right foot.....

Just 1 week left Boston Marathoners...forecast looks warm!

  2. After gaining about 4.5 pounds over spring break and not being able to run now because I'm injured, I have motivation to get back on track but feel lost as to how to pull it off. I need to sit down with the class schedule at the gym and start filling my calendar with yoga, pilates, and swim classes. Yuck. I'd rather just run.

  6. I had to take my car in the this morning so I haven't made it out for my run yet! My shoes are now screaming my name. Thank heavens I am heading out soon.

  10. Um yes, went a little crazy on sugar here too. Oops! Like Jill said, I'm getting better at not beating myself up for one indulgent day. But I did enjoy a good sweat at spin class this morning!

  14. Haha I think these were my shoes this morning knowing I had a 20 miler on the schedule. I rested yesterday though. Love all your sideways pictures in the previous post! Great job on your 10k, those are so tough to me!
