Monday Motivation

I love this quote!  Sometimes we set goals for ourselves that seem so overwhelming, but really all we need to do is take that first step...and then another!  One piece at a time toward our goals gets us where we need to be!  Set your goal and then break it down...You CAN get there step by step!!!  This week it's all about the speed work and sticking to the fueling plan!  I'm prepped for success and ready to take the steps I need to take!!  What about you?
