Friday's #MorningWin

Sorry I disappeared this week but I have been enjoying the family on my vacation from school...clearing out closets...and just living!  I promise to be back to my regulars next week full with a marathon recap and HELLO...A RACE REPORT!  Can I get an AMEN?  I do however want to share with you some awesome breakfasts I have been loving lately before the week is over!

Lord knows the morning moves at the relative speed of a freight train and it is often easy to skip breakfast, especially if I try to squeeze in a workout in the morning. What helps is being prepared with quick and healthy options I can grab and eat on the run or at my desk at work!  This week even though I am off from school, I seem to have even less time in the morning.  Coming through the door after a hard workout, I am instantly on as mom, chef, and personal stylist!  Good thing I had crunchy belVita Breakfast Biscuits and some Oikos Greek yogurt to get me the protein and sustained energy I needed to carry me through the morning without needing to wash a dish!

I have had Greek yogurt before but I found the Oikos yogurt to be very smooth and delish...I loved the strawberry and raspberry flavors...and they were even Em approved as well!
The crunchy belVita Breakfast Biscuits come in several flavors like Golden Oat, Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Chocolate, and Apple Cinnamon but I like the Blueberry ones the best!  We have been a fan of them for a long time and partnered with Oikos yogurt, I can get 12 grams of protein and steady energy to carry me through the morning circus!

Earlier this week I had a meeting after my early morning gym sesh and hitting up Dunks for more than just coffee is easy of course, but I packed my bag the night before complete with breakfast for after.  Score one for Mom!  Plus I wasn't searching for a snack just an hour later!!
