Who's Streaking With Me? #RWRunStreak

Nope...it never gets old!!
It's that time of year again....time to brave the falling temps and rising calories of the holiday season to go.....
STREAKING!!!
From Thanksgiving to New Years you need to run at least one mile each day....just one mile...surely you have time for that!  If not...make time!  It is a busy season but choose health first and join Runner's World for the Holiday Running Streak!!! So.....
Who's coming with me?

  1. I'd love to but I learned the during the Memorial Day - 4th of July streak that my bod can't handle running every day. Good luck!

  3. I'm planning to try, but see how my body likes it. Don't want to get injured with something like this, but if I don't run I will get in elliptical or bike miles.

  4. I'm joining RW for the first time. Started off the streak with a 10k yesterday. We'll see what my body thinks of it :)

  12. Well, I might be able to start late since I just read about it. I did run 1 mile on Friday and 2.48 miles today-just didn't run yesterday.

    I'll see what I can do with my start being today! :)

  14. Good luck! I tried it last year and I bombed. I would rather run 7 miles in one day than one mile each day for a week.
