Monday Motivation

Quitting not only would be easy but at times sounds great!  No more 4am wake-ups...eating whatever I want whenever...not being sore most of the time...having all the time in the world to do other things.  However quitting is just not me.  I would be lying to myself if I said that I could still be happy after I quit!  This journey is far from easy...but you best believe I'm not going to quit!
What keeps you from quitting?  What got you started?


  1. Once a race is over, it's on to another goal. That goal may be to just keep moving and feeling good. Once you stop moving it only gets worse.

    I LOVE the forced looking behind me to figure WHY WHY WHY I began down this path.
    I started out of fear---it's NOT why I continue.

  4. I hear you on this today. Loud and clear! I sometimes think about sleeping in and never working out again. LOL! But then I remember I like eating and being thin. Is that so wrong? ;)

  5. My days off remind me why I do what I do- I'm happier and more energized when I'm out moving!
